Edward VII
Albert Edward, eldest son of Queen Victoria, was born in 1841. His coronation, with his wife Alexandra of Denmark, was held on 9th August 1902.

James II was born on 14th October 1633. His coronation with his queen, Mary of Modena, took place at Westminster Abbey on 23rd April 1685.

George IV's coronation in the Abbey in 1821 was a pageant that cost £230,000. A crown containing over 12,000 diamonds was specially made.

Anne of Cleves, 4th wife of Henry VIII
Mary I ordered Anne of Cleves’ burial in the Abbey. She lies on the south side of the High Altar, her monument showing her initials.

John
John was crowned in Westminster Abbey on 27th May 1199. It seems he displayed "unseemly levity" during the ceremony and left before receiving the Sacrament.

William Blakeney

General William Blakeney, 1st Baron Blakeney, was buried in the nave of Westminster Abbey, but the gravestone wording is now very faint.

In the north aisle of the nave is a marble monument, by sculptor Grinling Gibbons, to Mary Beaufoy. She was buried on 17th July 1705.

In St Margaret's church is a cartouche to Laurence Womack bishop of St David's, Wales who was buried in the church with his daughter Anne.
