11.15am | Sung Eucharist | Quire |
The Abbey remains open for worship and you are welcome to join us at our daily Eucharist service if you are able to travel here safely within current government guidelines.
However, for the time being we are unable to open the Abbey and St Margaret’s Church for general visiting.
This is a service of Word and Sacrament in which the Holy Scriptures are read, a sermon is preached, prayers are offered, and bread and wine are consecrated and received as the body and blood of Jesus Christ.
Sung in the Nave at 11.15am on Sundays with a sermon.
During the week, on important days in the Church's calendar, the service is sung at 5.00pm, in place of Evensong.
Entry is via the Great West Door.
Tickets must be booked for our Sunday morning Holy Communion and Sung Eucharist services, due to social distancing measures. For all other services, please note that we may not be able to accommodate everyone who wishes to attend. We suggest you arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Check our coronavirus page for more information about visiting us at this time.
