Ticketing and Information Officer – Ref: WA228
We are seeking to appoint a Ticketing & Information Officer to the Welcome Team. This role will involve you meeting and greeting visitors to the Abbey. You will ensure our visitors receive a warm Abbey welcome at all times, whilst also issuing tickets and handling cash/credit card transactions.

Full time, Permanent (35 hours)
Annual Salary: £24,967.40

This is a frontline, customer-focused role that will require you to provide excellent customer service within a fast-paced, demanding setting, as well as taking responsibility for general ticketing/cashier duties.
The role is uniformed and will require you to abide by the Abbey’s uniform guidelines whilst on duty.

Visitor Experience Assistant - Ref: WA229
Westminster Abbey is seeking to recruit a Visitor Experience Assistant to assist in meeting and greeting visitors, in a positive, engaging manner, ensuring a warm Abbey welcome is offered at all times. You will be responsible for offering media guides to visitors, and helping to collect them at the end of their visit.

Full time - permanent
(35 hours per week)
Salary: £21,825.64 per annum

You will also ensure that media guides are not removed from the Abbey and that they are cleaned and charged appropriately, checked for any faults and that they are ready for the start of each day. This is a frontline, customer focused role that will require you to provide excellent customer service within a busy, often demanding setting.
