Membership starts once the voucher has been redeemed. Gift vouchers need to be redeemed within six months of the purchase date.

We’re unable to replace lost vouchers.

I’ve worked here for over thirty years and have seen many of the major services - it’s strange to realise that you are in a small way part of history.
