Once you have completed the direct debit instruction, payment will be processed within 5-10 working days. Your membership will be processed once payment is received.

What happens next?
Once payment has been received, we will post your membership pack or gift voucher to you, and you should receive these within 12 to 15 working days.
Gift memberships commence from the day on which the voucher is redeemed for a membership pack, not the day of purchase.
