Westminster Abbey is a royal church offering daily services for all and a World Heritage Site with over a thousand years of history. To support our visitor operation, we are looking to recruit 2 weekend Marshals.
You will have a positive and flexible approach, and be able to show evidence of a commitment to delivering great customer service and of anticipating and responding to customer needs. You should also be able to work effectively under pressure and to take and follow instructions.

In this role, you will provide our customers with a warm and friendly welcome, assist customers with gift decisions, process customer purchases, and help to make the shop a memorable part of a visit to Westminster Abbey. To support our busy operation, we are seeking an experienced Groups and Travel Trade Manager to join the Visitor Experience Team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with group travel organisers, tour operators, and travel agencies. You will also help to drive the automation of third-party sales, as well as manage capacity and contracts, and ensure seamless coordination of group access arrangements.
