Lessons and Carols prize draw 2023 - terms and conditions

Please see complete terms and conditions regarding the the prize draw for tickets to the Service of Lessons and Carols services taking place in 2023.

  1. The draw to win one of 10 pairs of tickets to Service of Lessons and Carols is free to enter
  2. The prize draw is open to entrants 18 years of age or older
  3. In subscribing to the new Abbey newsletter, you confirm that you are eligible to do so, enter the prize draw and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  4. All winners will be drawn at random at the same time.
  5. Winners will be drawn at random from the Abbey's new newsletter sign up list
  6. Only one entry per subscriber email account
  7. The draw will take place on Monday 11th December at 11am (GMT) and winners will be notified thereafter via the email provided during subscription.
  8. If a winner doesn’t reply to their notification email within 24 hours, then a new winner will be drawn.
  9. The tickets are non-transferable and no alternative prize will be offered 
  10. Winners will not be allowed to choose their preferred date; they will be allocated one of the two dates randomly.·
  11. If a winner is unable to attend then a new winner will be drawn.
  12. The decision of Westminster Abbey regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it
  13. You consent to any personal information you provide in subscribing to the Newsletter being used by Westminster Abbey for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
  14. Westminster Abbey reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  15. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
