1,000 years of history, all within one incredible building! Join us to explore the artistry in the architecture, the details in the design and the beauty in the buttresses. As part of the day you can:

  • Build a mini Westminster Abbey to take home
  • Follow the trail to discover the surprises of the Abbey building and the incredible people who made it what it is
  • Work together to reimagine the Abbey made out of newspaper!
  • Settle in for storytelling of dragons in the stonework
  • Meet our friends from some of London’s most amazing buildings and take part in their activities. We'll be joined by Tower Bridge, The Jewish Museum, Barts Heritage and the Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration.
