Explore the reasons why Christians choose to go on pilgrimage and what it means to take part in a spiritual journey. This KS2 lesson, designed to last for one hour, primarily uses discussion activities to help pupils to understand the purpose of a pilgrimage in relation to Westminster Abbey. It concludes with a quick quiz to consolidate understanding.
