  Dame Sophy (or Soffy) Auguste de Geminghen was buried in the Duke of Ormond's vault at the east end of Henry VII's chapel.

  William de Curtlyngton was Abbot of Westminster from 1315-1333. He was buried in front of the altar in the chapel of St Benedict, Westminster Abbey.

  Colin Williams (1942-2015) was an Abbey Honorary Steward (from 1992-2012) and a generous donor to the appeal for the restoration of Henry VII's chapel.

• Henry VII and Elizabeth of York

  Henry VII’s coronation took place in October 1485. He and his wife Elizabeth were the first monarchs to be buried in the Abbey’s Lady Chapel.

  Admiral Sir George Pocock has a white marble memorial in St John the Evangelist's chapel in Westminster Abbey. It shows a seated figure of Britannia.

  Anne Stanhope, Duchess of Somerset is buried in St Nicholas' chapel. In the chapel of St Edmund is a monument to her daughter Lady Jane.
