  On the south wall of St Margaret's church is a memorial to Samuel Pierson. He presented a ceremonial loving cup which can be seen in the new Abbey Galleries.

  At the south east end of St Margaret's is a large marble monument, possibly by sculptor Epiphanius Evesham, to Thomas Seymour and his wife Isabel.

  Edward John Long Scott, Keeper of the Muniments at Westminster Abbey from 1891-1918 has a bronze memorial tablet in the Muniment Room where he worked.

  The presumed grave of Major General Charles Worsley was discovered in the south east apsidal chapel of Henry VII's chapel in the late 19th century.

  Richard Elford, tenor singer and composer, was buried in the west cloister of Westminster Abbey. He seems never to have had an inscribed gravestone.

  In the chapel of St John the Evangelist is a tablet and bust to Rear Admiral John Storr. He is buried in the north transept.

  The Reverend Richard Gouland, Keeper of the Library at Westminster Abbey, is buried in the north cloister. His marble monument includes a skull and drapery.

  A memorial to novelist and poet D.H. Lawrence was unveiled in Poets' Corner on 16th November 1985. It was presented by the D.H. Lawrence Society.

  Joshua Ward, celebrated "quack" doctor, is buried in the south transept, near the monument to William Camden. There is no gravestone for him.

  In the north choir aisle, next to Charles Darwin’s memorial, is a roundel with a relief bust to the memory of naturalist Alfred Russel Wallace.

  Bartholomew Dodington, Greek scholar, was buried in the north transept. His grave is no longer marked but the inscription was recorded by William Camden.

  In St Margaret's church is an area known as the Chapel of Christ the Intercessor, set up in 1981 by John and Eleanor Elliott.

  Ephraim Chambers, author of the English Encyclopedia, is buried in the north cloister. The white marble monument on the wall is by sculptor N. Hedges.
