Free Sunday organ recitals resume

Playwright, Actor, Composer and Musician
A memorial to composer and playwright Noel Coward was unveiled by The Queen Mother on 28th March 1984 in Westminster Abbey’s south choir aisle.

Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother was married and crowned in the Abbey and had her funeral here in 2002.

In 2010 a memorial to Elizabeth Gaskell, novelist and biographer, was dedicated in Poets' Corner in Westminster Abbey. It consists of a window panel.
