Westminster Abbey and Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The Abbey will re-open for sightseeing visitors from Friday 21st May.

In the meantime, we remain open for worship and you are welcome to join us at our daily services. We are also open for individual prayer from 10:30am - 12:30pm, Monday to Saturday.

Stanley & Lucina Ho

Stanley Ho and his wife Lucina were generous donors to the Westminster Abbey Appeal for the restoration of the Lady Chapel. Each has a small window in this chapel designed by Alfred Fisher of Chapel Studios. The chapel cleaning was completed in 1995.

His window includes a waterlily, the coat of arms of Hong Kong, his coat of arms and motto with his name. Lucina's window also has her name, lozenge coat of arms (a black and gold dragon) and motto with the depiction of a Hong Kong junk [boat].

It’s very hard not to be enthusiastic working at the Abbey. If this place doesn’t make you smile I don’t know what will.
