• Sir Thomas Bromley

  Politician

  Sir Thomas Bromley died on 12th April 1587 and was buried in the chapel of St Paul in Westminster Abbey. He was born in 1530.

• Sir Humphrey Bourchier

  Soldier

  Sir Humphrey Bourchier (or Bourgchier) is buried in St Edmund's chapel. The Purbeck marble altar tomb once had a brass figure on it.

  Sir John Burgh [or Borough] and his brother Thomas, 5th Lord Burgh are both buried in the chapel of St Andrew in Westminster Abbey.

  In the nave is a brass covering the grave of architect Sir Charles Barry and a memorial window for his son, Sir John Wolfe Barry.

  In the chapel of St Paul is a large monument, about 24 feet high, to the memory of Frances Sidney, Countess of Sussex.
