In the north ambulatory are four shields which is all that now remains of the brass from the grave of Sir Thomas Parry, died 1560.

Thomas, Lord Wharton
Politician
Thomas, 2nd Lord Wharton was buried in St Michael's chapel on 26th June 1572. But he seems never to have had a monument or gravestone.
