  A white marble memorial to army officer Sir Charles Stuart is on the wall of St Andrew's chapel, off the north transept of Westminster Abbey.

• Sir Laming Worthington-Evans

  Politician

  On St Margaret's south wall is a stone tablet in memory of politician Sir Laming Worthington-Evans. His coat of arms and crest are shown together.

  In the nave of Westminster Abbey is a memorial stone for Sir Roger Bannister, athlete and neurologist.

  In the south choir aisle of Westminster Abbey is a large marble monument to the famous Admiral Sir Clowdisley Shovell, by the sculptor Grinling Gibbons.

  John Ernest Grabe, biblical scholar, has a monument in the south transept. On the west wall, it shows his figure dressed in gown and bands.

  Admiral Sir George Pocock has a white marble memorial in St John the Evangelist's chapel in Westminster Abbey. It shows a seated figure of Britannia.

  In the centre of the nave is the grave of Sir George Gilbert Scott, architect and Surveyor of the Fabric at the Abbey from 1849-1878.

• John and Eleanor Panton

  John Panton was buried on 13th March 1619 in the "long aisle on the south side" (ie. south ambulatory) but nothing marks his grave.

• John Berkeley, Lord Fitzharding

  In the north ambulatory are the graves of John Berkeley, Lord Fitzharding and his wife Barbara. He was the younger son of Sir Charles Berkeley.

  The poet Sir William Davenant is buried in Poets' Corner. He was buried in the grave from which his rival Thomas May had been ejected.
