Colonel James Hamilton, and the 6th and 7th Earls of Abercorn are buried in the Abbey.
She was a daughter of Sir Robert Reading and his wife Jane, Countess of Mountrath (who was buried in the Abbey in 1684).

On the south wall of St Margaret's church Westminster is a cartouche to Nicholas Dering (or Dearing). The inscription is in Latin and English.

Sir Goldsworthy Gurney

Unfortunately the memorial window in St Margaret's Westminster to Sir Goldsworthy Gurney, surgeon and engineer, was destroyed by blast during the 1939-1945 war.
Retiring to Cornwall he also made various agricultural experiments and married his second wife Jane (Betty) and they had a daughter Elizabeth Jane.

In the section of the cloister of Westminster Abbey called the Dark Cloister is a wall memorial to the Reverend George Preston.
Their son Edward was baptised in the Abbey on 2nd February 1826 and daughter Jane Emma, aged 2, was buried on 23rd February 1830.

In the north choir aisle is a monument with a full length coloured effigy of Sir Thomas Heskett or Hesketh, reclining on his left elbow.
Thomas was the second son of Gabriel Hesketh of Aughton in the county of Lancashire, and Jane, daughter of Sir Henry Halsall.
