  Edward of Woodstock, better known as the "Black Prince" was the eldest son of Edward III and his queen Philippa of Hainault.

• Mary, Duchess of Brittany

  Mary of Brittany, fourth daughter of Edward III and his queen Philippa of Hainault, has a small bronze statuette on the tomb of her father.

• John Beverley

  John Beverley, valet or yeoman to Edward III, was buried in the south ambulatory of Westminster Abbey near the king's tomb. His mother was Matilda.

• Richard Harweden

  Abbot and Priest

  Richard Harweden was Abbot of Westminster from 1420-1440 and died in mid 1441. He has no monument.

• Philip Ludlow

  Sailor

  Philip Ludlow was buried in 1650 in the south ambulatory. He was probably buried in the Abbey due to the influence of his brother.

• Sir Thomas and Walter Hungerford

  Walter Hungerford was buried in the south ambulatory of Westminster Abbey but has no marker. Sir Thomas Hungerford was buried in a chapel now destroyed.

  The sundials on the tower of St Margaret's church Westminster were the gift of Sir Geoffrey de Freitas.

  Anne was crowned queen on 6th July 1483. She died in 1485 and is buried on the southern side of Westminster Abbey's High Altar.

  Princess Katherine, young daughter of King Henry III is buried in Westminster Abbey.

  Just inside the gates of the south ambulatory is an arched recess containing the supposed tomb of Sebert, King of the East Saxons.

  Thomas Bilson, bishop of Winchester, is buried in the south ambulatory. The plate over his grave has been moved against the wall for better preservation.

  Politician and Sailor

  Arthur Herbert, Baron Torbay and Earl of Torrington, was buried on 22nd April 1716 in the "south aisle within the tombs" ie. the south ambulatory.

  Four members of the Apsley family are buried in the south ambulatory of Westminster Abbey: Sir Allen, Frances, Anne and Allen.

  William of Colchester, Abbot of Westminster from 1386 is buried in the chapel of St John the Baptist. His stone altar tomb shows his effigy.

  Politician, Soldier and Philanthropist

  Arthur Hamilton Lee, Viscount Lee of Fareham was a benefactor to Westminster Abbey. He gave two bronze candelabra and two paintings.
