  The Duke of Sussex, The Duke of Gloucester and The Duchess of Cambridge attended a Service of Commemoration and Thanksgiving to mark ANZAC Day.

  Sir Philip Howard was buried in St John the Baptist's chapel on 15th April 1686. His name is inscribed on a modern stone.

  Blanche Parry, lady in waiting to Elizabeth I, is buried in St Margaret's church Westminster with a marble and alabaster monument.

  A plaque to several members of the Queen's Westminster Volunteers who died in the Boer war is in the north cloister. A roll of honour for the Queen's Westminsters regiment is in the nave.

  Thomas Gayfere, mason, is buried in the west cloister of Westminster Abbey, together with his wife Frances and daughter. The gravestone was re-cut in 1996.

  The eminent sculptor Thomas Banks has a memorial tablet in the nave of Westminster Abbey. He produced five monuments which are in the Abbey.
