  Artist

  John Richard Clayton and Alfred Bell designed several stained glass windows for Westminster Abbey and St Margaret's Church Westminster. Clayton also designed some memorials.

• Robert Ayton

  Poet

  Sir Robert Ayton (Aytoun or Aiton), courtier, poet and philosopher, was buried in the south ambulatory. He was born in Scotland in 1570.

  Henry was born in April 1366 and was crowned on 13th October 1399. He died in a room at Westminster Abbey called the Jerusalem Chamber.

  Richard Cox, D.D. was Dean of Westminster from 1549-1553 but he has no memorial at the Abbey and is buried at Ely Cathedral.

  In St Margaret's church Westminster is a memorial window and a brass plaque to Lord Frederick Cavendish, Member of Parliament, who was murdered in Dublin.

  Margaret Radcliffe or Ratcliffe was a favourite maid of honour to Elizabeth I. She died at Richmond Palace and was buried in St Margaret's church.
