  Arthur Herbert, Baron Torbay and Earl of Torrington, was buried on 22nd April 1716 in the "south aisle within the tombs" ie. the south ambulatory.

  Richard III was crowned in the Abbey on 6th July 1483. Almost the entire peerage of England was present at what was a magnificent spectacle.

  The Reverend John Hay is buried in the south cloister. On the wall is a mural monument by the sculptor Michael Rysbrack.

• John of Waltham

  John of Waltham, bishop of Salisbury from 1388 was buried in St Edward the Confessor’s chapel in Westminster Abbey by order of Richard II.

  Richard Neile was Dean of Westminster from 1605-1610 but he has no memorial or portrait at the Abbey, being buried in York Minster.
