  In 1994 a memorial to lyric poet Robert Herrick was unveiled in the new Poets' Corner window. The glass also contains memorials to other writers.

  The tomb of Robert de Waldeby is in St Edmund's chapel. The brass was raised up on a low dais in the late 19th century.

  In the north transept is a marble statue to Sir Robert Peel, Prime Minister 1834-1835 and 1841-1846. The over life-size figure is by John Gibson.

  Sir Robert Anstruther, diplomat and politician, was buried in the south ambulatory on 9th January 1645. The gravestone was laid in the late 19th century.
