Abbey open for private prayer and worship this weekend

Following the death of HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, the Abbey will be open for private prayer and worship from 9th-11th April.
Prayer and Eucharist times
Friday 9th April
- Private Prayer until 5.00pm
- Evening Prayer with State Prayers: 5.00pm
Saturday 10th April
- Private Prayer: 10.30am – 3.00pm
- Requiem Eucharist (said): 12.30pm
- Evening Prayer with State Prayers: 3.00pm
Sunday 11th April
- Private Prayer: 10.30am - 3.00pm
- Sung Eucharist: 11.15am (A ticket must be booked in advance. Book a ticket for Sung Eucharist
- Evening Prayer with State Prayers: 3.00pm
Attending Prayer and Eucharist
You do not need to book tickets for these services, except Sunday's Sung Eucharist.
However, we may not be able to accommodate everyone who wishes to attend non-ticketed services, so please arrive well before the start time. Numbers admitted to the Abbey will be restricted and social distancing will be in place.
