Arabella, Lady Dungannon

Arabella Susanna, Lady Dungannon was buried on 15th December 1708 at the entrance to St Andrew's chapel in Westminster Abbey near the monument to Henry, Lord Norris. But she has no marker. A daughter of Hugh, 1st Lord Hamilton and Baron of Glenawly in co. Fermanagh in Ireland and his wife Susanna daughter of Sir William Balfour of Fife in Scotland, she was baptised at St Margaret's Westminster on 7th February 1667. In 1683 she married Sir John Magill Bt. [Baronet] - they had no children. Her second husband was Marcus Trevor, 2nd Viscount Dungannon (who died in Spain and his title became extinct). Her third husband was Henry Bertie, a son of James, 1st Earl of Abingdon and Baron Norreys (Norris) of Rycote.
