Anyone is welcome in the Abbey but please don’t visit us if you or anyone in your household has the symptoms of COVID-19.
Try and book your ticket and time slot in advance to ensure guaranteed entry to the Abbey. Book your tickets. Card transactions are recommended, but we do accept cash payments.
Tickets and pre-booked tours are non-refundable, however, if your plans are impacted by changing COVID-19 guidance/regulations or infection/self-isolation, you can use your unused ticket anytime within 12 months of your original date of visit. Email [email protected] if you have any questions or if you need to rebook a pre-booked tour.

We are encouraging the use of our digital Order of Service, which can be downloaded onto your smartphone or tablet. Create a homescreen button that will guide you automatically to the current order of service.
Unless specifically noted, there is no need to book tickets. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start time.
