In this fourth concert in the series, Abbey Sub-Organist Peter Holder looks to the United States for inspiration with a programme which features Dvořák’s New World Symphony.

About Peter Holder
Fast establishing a reputation as one of the most exciting organists of his generation, Peter Holder has held the post of Sub-Organist of Westminster Abbey since October 2017. Alongside his Abbey duties as principal organist for the daily services, he is increasingly in demand as a solo performer and made his BBC Proms debut in 2019.
He regularly broadcasts for radio and television and is an organ tutor at the Royal Academy of Music.

Tickets can be purchased on the door on the evening of the concert or in advance via Eventbrite (see the link above).

- Entry for this event is via the Great West Door
- Doors open at 6.30pm
- The Performance will last for approximately one hour with no interval
- Seating is unreserved
- Children are welcome but this event is not recommended for those under the age of six
- Photography, filming and sound recording are not permitted at Abbey concerts
Summer Organ Festival
This concert is part of the Summer Organ Festival, where the Abbey’s magnificent five-manual Harrison & Harrison organ takes centre stage.
Vincent Dubois, Thomas Trotter, James O’Donnell and Matthew Jorysz will also be performing during the festival, which will see the organ brought to life.
The festival takes place between 12th July to 9th August 2022.
