Sir Thomas Clifford
Sir Thomas Clifford, governor of Berwick, was buried in 1543 in the central part of the Sanctuary of Westminster Abbey in front of the Lord's table, according to William Camden's guide published in 1600. No inscription is recorded for him
He married Lucy, daughter of Sir Anthony Brown.
