Wreath around the Grave of the Unknown Warrior

The annual Service of Commemoration and Thanksgiving to mark ANZAC (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) Day will be held at Westminster Abbey on Monday 25th April 2022.

The service will remember the Gallipoli landings of 25th April 1915, and all Australians and New Zealanders who have given their lives in the service of their countries.

In 2020, the service did not take place because of the Coronavirus lockdown. It is believed to be the first time that the service was not held for over 45 years.

A special film was released by the High Commissions of New Zealand and Australia to mark the day.
