The third in a weekly series of contemplative Advent lunchtime seminars, each with a different art historian and theologian, focussing on pictures of the Virgin and Child from the National Gallery’s collection.
Neil MacGregor OM and Dr Jane Williams will explore Botticelli’s Mystic Nativity. This 45 minute lunchtime seminar is designed as a preparation for Christmas, and is part of an online series offered by the Abbey during the COVID-19 pandemic to inspire hope and reflection on the coming of Christ.
