Westminster Abbey and Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The Abbey and St Margaret's Church are currently closed for general visiting but we remain open for worship and you are welcome to join us at our daily services.

The Abbey is also open for individual prayer from 10:30am - 12:30pm, Monday to Saturday.

A Meditation for Holy Week

Join us for this specially-recorded service for Holy Week.

Led by the Very Reverend Dr David Hoyle, Dean of Westminster, the Meditation will include Passiontide music sung by the Abbey choir, an Address from the Reverend Mark Birch, Minor Canon and Precentor, and prayers led by the Canon-in-Residence, the Reverend Anthony Ball.

Worshippers can join the service from 4:00pm on Monday 29 March on the Abbey website, where it will also be available to watch on demand until Saturday 3 April. Please note that tickets are not available to attend this service in person.
