The Summer Organ Festival concludes with a performance by Assistant Organist Matthew Jorysz, whose programme includes Rachmaninov’s Symphonic Dances and works by Duruflé and Widor.
About Matthew Jorysz
Assistant Organist of Westminster Abbey since January 2016, Matthew Jorysz is a rising star of the organ world. Prior to his Abbey appointment he was Organ Scholar of Clare College, Cambridge, where he accompanied the College’s acclaimed choir in its busy schedule of performances, tours, broadcasts on and recordings.
As an organ recitalist he performs regularly in the UK and further afield, while as a pianist he is developing a career as a chamber musician, chiefly collaborating with singers.

Tickets must be booked in advance via Eventbrite. It will not be possible to purchase tickets on the door.

This concert is planned as a socially-distanced event with reduced capacity, in line with current government guidance.
Seats are available singly or in pairs, with pairs suitable only for attendees from the same household or support bubble. Seating is unreserved and our staff will allocate the most appropriate seats within the relevant price band when you arrive.
Timings and access
Entry is via the Great West Door from 6.30pm. Performances begin at 7.00pm and last for approximately one hour without an interval, finishing at around 8.00pm.
Please ensure you arrive on time as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to admit latecomers.
