Max Raabe in Concert
Exploring the music of the Weimar Republic at a special concert in St Margaret's Church.
Max will sing songs that hint at the dark and turbulent time in which they were created. Most of the evening's songs will be performed in German, although some will be in English.
Max Raabe is best known for his unique interpretation of songs from the '20s and '30s and, together with his Palast Orchester, he has built up a following not only in Europe but also in Japan, China and the USA.
Doors will open at 6:15pm. Entry to St Margaret’s Church will be via the West Gate, just off Victoria Street. Bag searches will be in operation so be sure to allow plenty of time.
