Livingstone bicentenary wreathlaying

Westminster Abbey will celebrate the bicentenary of Scottish missionary and explorer Dr David Livingstone with a wreathlaying in the Nave.
The ceremony will mark the bicentenary of the birth of David Livingstone and will be held at the Abbey at 6.30pm on Tuesday 19 March 2013.
It is one of a number of events which will be held next year to mark the anniversary of the great Victorian explorer, who is buried in the Nave of the Abbey.
