Scouts and Guides World Thinking Day

Girl Guides and Boy Scouts will gather at Westminster Abbey on Saturday 21 February to commemorate the birthdays of their founders Robert and Olave Baden-Powell whose memorial is in the Nave.
The service forms part of the scout movement's World Thinking Day in which guides and scouts are encouraged to think and act on a particular issue. This year's theme is girls worldwide say “stop the spread of AIDS, malaria and other diseases”.
The service will be led by the Very Reverend Dr John Hall, Dean of Westminster.The reflection will be lead by the Revered Libby Spence.
