Evensong celebrating the Feast of the Dedication in the presence of
The Lord Mayor of Westminster and the Mayors of the London Boroughs
The Lord Mayor of Westminster and Deputy High Steward of the Abbey, Councillor Judith Warner and Mayors of the London Boroughs will attend Evensong at the Abbey on Sunday 17 October at 3.00 pm. This annual special service always takes place on the Feast of the Dedication, which is the first Sunday after 13 October, the Feast of St Edward the Confessor.
The service closes the Octave of St Edward the Confessor at the Abbey. It is the only time each year that the Lord Mayor of Westminster and the Mayors of the London boroughs all gather together and represent the civic life of London.

All are welcome to attend the service. Tickets are not required.
