Undercroft Museum
The Museum is available for cocktail receptions and private views on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6.00 pm to 8.30 pm throughout the year, for up to 100 people. Photography by negotiation.

Cheyneygates
Cheyneygates is an ideal venue for meetings and lectures, for up to 50 people and for receptions for up to 70 people throughout the year. The Library area may also be available for Board meetings and small dinner parties on an occasional basis.

The East Cloister
East Cloister is available in the summer months for receptions. Occasionally private views of the Museum and the Abbey can be arranged in addition. The East Cloister is suitable for 200 people.

St Catherine's Chapel Garden
St Catherine’s Chapel Garden is available for receptions between 12 noon and 2.00pm, and 6.00pm to 8.00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the summer months of June, July and August for up to 100 people.

College Garden
College Garden is available for three weeks in July only for evening events between 6pm and 9pm, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for a minimum of 250 and a maximum of 500 people.

6.00 pm - 9.00 pm [guests' departure time: 10.00 pm].
£12,500 includes use of venue with 100 by 30 metre frame marquee, Chandelier lighting, Garden Furniture on site and PA system.
