Undercroft Museum
The Museum is available for cocktail receptions and private views on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6.00 pm to 9.30 pm throughout the year, for up to 150 people. Photography by negotiation.

Cheyneygates
Cheyneygates is an ideal venue for meetings and lectures, for up to 50 people and for receptions for up to 70 people throughout the year. The Library area may also be available for Board meetings and small dinner parties on an occasional basis.

The East Cloister
The East Cloister is available for Evening receptions May - September and is suitable for 250+ people. Evening tours in addition can be arranged by negotiation, for which there would be an increased cost for the use of the facility.

St Catherine's Chapel Garden is available for receptions on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, June - September, for up to 100 people.

College Garden
College Garden is available over a five-week period end of June through July for Evening Receptions for up to 500 people [minimum suggested 250] and Dining up to 200 people.

£10,000 includes use of venue with 100 by 30 metre frame marquee, Chandelier lighting, Garden Furniture on site and PA system.
