The Museum is available for cocktail receptions and private views on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 1800 to 2130 throughout the year, for up to 150 people. Photography by negotiation.

Cheyneygates is an ideal venue for meetings and lectures, for up to 50 people and for receptions for up to 100 people throughout the year. The Library area may also be available for Board meetings and small dinner parties on an occasional basis.

The East Cloister is available for Evening receptions May - September and is suitable for up to 350 people. Evening tours in addition by negotiation, for which there would be an increased cost for the use of the facility.
